I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado, holding a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston. Navigating life can feel scary and unpredictable at times. As a therapist, I believe in leading with compassion and curiosity rather than criticism. Over the years, I have recognized how important it is for clients to feel ownership in their healing process. I am here to provide a safe and supportive space. I practice through an empowerment-based lens, highlighting the strengths and resiliency of all clients. I have experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, substance use/addiction, and personality/mood disorders. I utilize a diverse set of therapeutic modalities, including Somatic Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and BIPOC trauma-informed care. I am a certified yoga teacher and former art educator, with a passion for creative expression.
