My name is Rio Riojas, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based on Oahu, Hawaii. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Portland State University. I have experience providing mental health services to a broad age range, including school-aged children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I specialize in guiding clients in managing anxiety, depression, life changes, and stress by helping them process emotions and develop healthy coping skills. My approach A person-centered approach combined with trauma-informed care drives my practice. I utilize a strengths-based approach along with components of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions.
