My communication style I provide a safe space for adults to discuss their challenges, struggles, and daily stressors. I utilize a "compassionately confrontational" approach, which includes active listening, open communication, and challenging of irrational beliefs. I focus on solutions and teach the necessary tools to help my clients achieve their goals with an overall improvement in their day-to-day quality of life.
