Rita reassures my thoughts. She offers opinions that I might not have thought through. I often think “what would Rita say?” When I’m trying to troubleshoot on my own
Rita is the best. I have grown so much as a person with her help. She pushes me to reflect on my actions and patterns deeply. I have also learned how to let myself feel emotions instead of ignoring them.
I have been going to Rita for years now. She pushes me, helps me understand my emotions and contextualize them and grow into a better person. She makes feel heard and understood. I couldn’t ask for a better person to have at my side during some of the biggest moments in my life so far.
Rita is amazing! On top of being responsive and easy to schedule with, she is such a good listener, very compassionate and so supportive. I never feel judged, nor do I ever have any nervousness about confiding in her, and I can always count on her to keep it real with me. Any patient of Rita’s is a fortunate one. I have worked with her for a few years now and I hope to work with her for many more.
I am so happy I found Rita. She is kind, warm, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. I have talked to her about an array of topics and she has helped me make so many positive changes in my life.
Rita is super helpful and helps challenge anxious thoughts. Rita creates a comfortable and supportive enviornment. Rita focuses on the strengths even in challenging situations.
Rita has been my therapist for over six months now. She is extremely insightful and understanding. She has helped me immensely. I look forward to our weekly sessions. I would highly recommend her if you were looking for a fantastic Therapist!
Rita is one of the best mental health professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with. Her attentiveness to detail is unparalleled. She is genuinely insightful and helps bring appropriate perspective to things that I may not have considered. Since starting with Rita about a year ago, I feel like I understand myself better, and how to navigate my goals, fears, and life in general. While I feel as though I may enter a session feeling like I don't need it that week, her perspective and professional input truly allows me to fine tune things that I didn't realize were underlying causes of stress or anxiety. She is a calm, professional expert, who can help you through what may feel an impossible feat. Rita genuinely makes a valiant effort to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and as a result, feel better. I highly recommend Rita to anyone experiencing stress/anxiety. Her expertise far exceeds my needs. Anyone who chooses her is beyond lucky!
