Hi there, I'm Rita the Backpack Therapist. Recovering from childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse is never easy, but there’s no reason to go through it alone. Let me help you recover and rise above your traumatic experience. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida and over 20 years of experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault. I also specialize in recovery from narcissistic abuse.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My specialty is empowering sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape and sexual assault survivors. I also specialize in recovery from the trauma of narcissistic abuse and relationship issues.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Together we can work through the emotional turmoil by focusing on your strengths and ability to heal from, adapt to and cope effectively with trauma. If you are ready to embark on your life journey grab your backpack and let's work through relationship problems trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.
