My passion is to help individuals live their best lives. Drawing from my own experiences of overcoming unexpected and life-altering challenges, I recognize that such times can feel incredibly daunting. However, through awareness, courage, and the right skills, we can collaborate to navigate those seemingly hopeless situations. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor; I earned my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. I'm here to support and connect with people of all ages, including children, adolescents, teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I'm thrilled to let you know that I'm certified for telehealth sessions, making it even more convenient for you. When I am not working, I enjoy cooking, traveling, spending quality time with my family, and engaging in some self-care. Plus, I'm currently on an exciting journey toward obtaining my Doctorate in Professional Counseling. It is truly an honor and a humbling experience for me to offer therapy to those who are going through difficult times and striving for wellness. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
