I have additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) for trauma, EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for relationships, trauma-informed yoga therapy, and mindfulness approaches. This diverse training allows me to tailor a treatment plan specifically to your unique needs.
