What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me you will be able to recognize your strengths, abilities, and gain the confidence through self-love. You are already a success story and it is about time you believed it. If you are not being good to yourself you are no good to anyone else. It is up to you to make yourself a happier person, and when you do others will start to notice.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we will come up with a plan that involves specific tasks to complete in between our sessions. This could be by establishing a daily routine of goals and things you will need to accomplish in order for therapy to work. One has to remember that therapy is only effective by the amount of effort you put in to becoming better. The harder you work, the better you will feel.
