With over a decade of clinical experience and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University, I have specialized training in attachment theory (how we connect, grow, and get our needs met in relationships) and Internal Family Systems ("parts work" / "inner-child work"). One of the scariest and bravest things we can do is ask for help. For some, that may be in choosing a new career path, a move, or a divorce. For most of my clients, it's a desire to know who they really are and to live with self-worth. Sometimes we've forgotten who we are, lost our sense of purpose, or lived so long in pain that we have developed advanced coping to survive in unhealthy relationships. I help people develop confidence in who they are and to see the unhealthy relationship patterns that are holding them back. Therapy sessions are intensive and highly structured to get you the results you seek as quickly as possible.
