I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience specializing in the treatment of trauma and working with neurodiverse populations. I have found that developing rapport is at the heart of therapeutic growth. I come from a conversational and narrative approach to talk therapy and while I appreciate the benefit of homework and completing rigid tasks in the therapy space I believe that this needs to come naturally from the relationship that develops between the client and therapist. My foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also appreciate the benefit of a humanistic approach.
