I am supportive and straightforward. I am committed to providing you with knowledge and tools to enhance your well-being. In our sessions, I'll educate you about how your brain and body respond to stress and offer practical strategies to help you regulate your nervous system. For couples sessions, I incorporate the Gottman Method Couples Therapy into our work.
