My approach is interpersonal to build health in relationship. I am a man who is male and Gay. My diet is herbivore, and I am physically active. I have pets who live with me. I provide techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to manage anxiety and depression. I am certified to treat trauma with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) for adults and children. I can treat substance abuse and process addiction and will recommend that you attend group therapy in your community.
