Hello! I'm a Pennsylvania-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and yoga teacher who treats anxiety, depression, and trauma. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. I combine EMDR, somatic therapy, and strength-based talk therapy to help clients connect with their whole selves and live their lives more authentically. As we work together, clients become more self-aware, reduce the impact of old wounds, and clear space for new feelings, perspectives, and motivation.
