My name is Robert and I am a EMDR-trained therapist. Together we will focus on forming a relationship so you can properly work through whatever struggles you might be experiencing. We will learn how to manage anxiety, fear, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, depression, nightmares and more!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 8 years experience working with adults with trauma, depression, and anxiety. EMDR is an empirically based treatment modality effective at treating many diagnoses and showing real change for the long term. I can also offer CBT, CPT and person-centered approaches.
