Getting to know Dr. Robert England Jr

Welcome! I'm Dr. Rob England, Private Practice Owner and Therapist here at Cleveland Family Therapy. My overall focus is on early intervention in childhood. I focus on child therapy for ages 3-8, along with parenting. I love helping children through their early years and facilitating parents through issues during their child's early developmental stages. I enjoy seeing families strengthened and seeing love reinforced. I am a Christ-follower, and this permeates all areas of my life including family. I believe that families are the backbone of the local church and of society as a whole. For clients who wish to incorporate the Bible and prayer into their sessions, I am happy to do so. While I hold to a Christian worldview, I am here to help clients of all beliefs with respect. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am fully licensed by the State of Tennessee as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (License #1758). As well, I am working on my certification in child therapy (Registered Play Therapist certification). Lastly, I am currently certified as a Prepare/Enrich facilitator for pre-marriage/marriage therapy.
