What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with a wide range of people helping to relieve difficulties associated with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, & more recently pandemic related issues. I use an eclectic style, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused, & trauma sensitive techniques to support meaningful change & personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My first priority is to be supportive. We will work together with focus on your strengths. I am currently accepting new patients for ongoing telehealth therapy. I am here to help. I encourage you to contact me and let your transformation begin.
