Hello, I'm Robert. I graduated from Angelo State University in 2013 and have been practicing counseling for seven years. During my career, I've had the privilege of gaining invaluable professional knowledge and experience, particularly while assisting in the facilitation and growth of an outpatient program at a psychiatric hospital. This role allowed me to address various mental health needs, and for my last year at the hospital, I focused primarily on working with active and retired military personnel, which was incredibly rewarding and insightful work. For over five years now, I've been in private practice, where I primarily work with individuals dealing with trauma, existential crises, or adjusting to interpersonal relational issues. My specialties include mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and anger, processing trauma, and improving relationships. I believe in a compassionate and caring approach to counseling, where a collaborative relationship with my clients is key.
