I have over 35 years of experience in the mental health field, with training in Psychoanalysis, psychoanalytic therapy, cognitive therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Disaster Mental Health. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University. I have been privileged to work with and be trained by some of the best people in the country and the world. I offer both in-person and remote therapy options. My philosophy is a simple one: “Just tell me where it hurts and give me your best effort, as I will give you my best effort, and we will accomplish great things.”

What is your typical process for working with clients?

my process of working with new clients is to get an extensive history of their presenting issue and work with them to determine an approach that best matches their area of concern.
