“I was genuinely struggling with focusing on basic tasks and many other things, it got to the point where it was hard to find enjoyment because focusing was so difficult. These sessions made a huge difference. I was provided help and methods that I could do to help with the issues I was having. After all that I learned with these methods and about myself, my life absolutely changed for the better. I can focus, I can get what I need to done, and I can enjoy so many things that I have not been able to for a long time. Thank you for helping me.”

Getting to know Robert Huguenot

Robert Huguenot is a Licensed Professional Counselor, license number 37PC00940600, and holds a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University. What does society expect of you? To be sane, focused, not anxious, not depressed, and never burned out-every day, all the time. That's just too much. You have feelings and emotions that can upset you, even bring you to tears. Yet, you feel you have to hide them so no one else can see. You're exhausted, probably burned out, and can't slow down for fear of what might happen if you do. Your internal voice is always yelling at you, and you want nothing more than for it to shut up, but you don't even know if it's possible to truly accept yourself. Too many people have too much access to your personal space and emotional energy, but you've learned this is how to keep people around; so saying ?no? is not an option. Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and heal-that's what therapy does. Here, you can fully show up, break down, and rebuild yourself. There's space for all of it! The process may be tough, but you will recognize your strengths and gain insights that will change how you engage with yourself and others. Eventually, you will move through the world knowing it was all worth the work. If anything I've mentioned resonates with you, I can assure you there's one other person who gets it: me. So let's solve the problem! I look forward to us taking a journey that will involve hard work, real talks, as well as laughs and tears. I know you have the ability to become the best version of yourself. You ready? Let's do it!
