I am a firm believer that the key to the riddle of life is perseverance and developing resiliency throughout our life. As a counselor, I look forward to helping individuals and couples develop in this aspect of their lives. I specialize in substance abuse, addiction, and trauma. With a Master's degree (MA) and as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am well-equipped to support you through your journey. I believe in guiding my clients to a vision of hope and relief through utilizing motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. We will begin by utilizing assessment tools and creating an individualized treatment plan.
