What should a new client know about working with you?

I have been working in the mental health field for 14 years. I work well with people struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues including tobacco dependence, LGBTQ+ issues (including gender affirming care) and a variety of other struggles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am here to listen and make you feel heard in order to help you through these strenuous times. I am an empathetic ear and will help you work through what's causing you to lose faith and confidence in yourself.
