I aim to provide a space where clients can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is insight-oriented and conversational, while remaining flexible and adaptable to each client’s needs. I integrate Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. I value balancing deeper self-exploration with practical strategies, helping clients not only gain insight but also apply meaningful changes in their daily lives.
