My name is Robert Posner, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I am here to assist clients, whether it is working on a goal, managing a current crisis, or coping with mental health symptoms. What should a new client know about working with you?

Building rapport with those I am working with is very important. My main therapeutically approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, but I adapt my style to match the clients needs.

The client gets the freedom to talk as much as they want and will have someone to listen to what they need to say.
