“My partner and I sought support from a couples therapist but didn’t have luck with our first experience—it left us feeling overwhelmed and discouraged about the issues we were trying to work through. In just our first session with Robert, we made more progress than we had in an entire month with the previous therapist. He is structured, professional, and asks thoughtful, insightful questions that truly guide the conversation in a productive way. We feel supported, understood, and, most importantly, hopeful again. We’re very much looking forward to continuing our work with him and feel confident we’re finally on the right path.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work diligently with clients, motivating them make to make tangible and lasting changes in their lives. I am not a therapist that will sit back silently for the entire session. I will offer feedback, connect you with resources, and hold you accountable to progress. *Please kindly note that we do not provide psychiatry services (medication) and are unable to accept Medicaid insurance plans at this time.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session starts with asking the client for a recap since the last meeting. I ask the client if they want to discuss anything and then we follow up on any homework that may have been assigned before discussing the next steps toward the client's goal.

I did not like the way he operated . He was very persistent. I just had an appointment that I had to reschedule which I tried to 24 hours in advance because I got called into work. He insisted that we keep the scheduled visit and see each other later when I continue to let him know that I work and I work in a hospital and our hours just prolong, we don’t know exactly when we stop the shifts. He insisted to make it later then try to make me basically pay for a cancellation fee after I had rescheduled via text and email 24 hours in advance like asked, I would never work with him again. I don’t like the sandbagging move that he made trying to get a cancellation fee out of me after I already did the proper protocol to reschedule. ?

Robert was attentive and asked a lot of questions and listened to my resumes. He then provided feedback and useful suggestions.
Rob is amazing. This was my first time in therapy so I wasn’t quite sure what to do but he honestly was there to listen to me and give me some advice. As I spoke I ended up realizing a lot of my problems and he helped me see why I do certain things. He is very accommodating to your schedule and good listener. Definitely would recommend!

Very condescending and albeist. Does not understand how bad shelters are. Also when I told him problems I was having, he said what do I wanna work on and dosent help me. He also said sounds like I don't want to be there. He actively ignored my relationship problems. He said said oh everyone can work in a albeist way. He even dismissis pssd and acts like maois are more dangerous when they don't cause pssd. That's what therapists do and psychiatrist do, they are abusers and gaslighters. Stay away from psychiatry. They will lobotomize you.
