Hello. My name is Robert Savino, LCSW. Thank you for visiting my profile. I am going to assume you are looking into starting psychotherapy or finding a therapist for someone you love. I have been a licensed therapist since 1999 and have had my private practice running since 2012. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I also specialize in addiction whether it is you are someone you love. I work with anxiety and depression problems as well. I offer both in office and telehealth psychotherapy. What should a new client know about working with you?

We will begin by getting to know you and what you are seeking therapy for. We will develop a treatment pan that serves you best. Then, we get to work to help you feel better and solve problems that brought you here in the first place. At the end of the day, it is your session and whatever you need it for, is what we will work on.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a variety of treatment tools depending on the problems. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Working with addiction in the person as well as how to cope with someone in your life struggling with addiction. I use some Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well especially with the teenagers I work with. I also can just use simple talk therapy for those who really need someone to talk to and have someone listen.

If I take your insurance, you would be responsible for the copay. I use "IvyPay" which protects your identity as well as is compliant with federal privacy laws. If I do not take your insurance, the cost per session is $125 for the first session and $100 per session after.
