Hi there, I'm Robert! I am licensed in Arizona with 15 years of professional work experience. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. We all get wounded as we go through life. Whether our wounds are emotional, psychological, physical, or spiritual, the good news is we can learn to heal. I would be honored to help you on your journey of healing. My approach I have been helping others heal for over 20 years by using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI to teach the skills needed to increase a holistic quality of life. My focus I meet clients where they are, using a nonjudgmental and caring approach to teach the skills needed to empower them to develop confidence in their ability to manage their lives. My journey to mental healthcare I have struggled with my own obstacles in life.
