Education: I have a Master's in Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle. I have a Post Graduate Certificate in Therapy with Adoptive Families from Portland State University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon since 2003 and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Oregon since 1996. Services offered: Individual Counseling Theoretical Orientation: I believe that change is possible across the lifespan, regardless of genetics or previous life experience. I use an eclectic approach grounded in modalities which are hopeful, effective, strength based, and client driven. I strive to build a space for change that feels safe and welcoming, but at the same time supports accountability to and goal attainment toward a happier and more fulfilling life.
