Getting to know Robin Curry
Hello, I'm Robin. After graduating from Ball State University in 1986 with a BS in Psychology, I married my high school sweetheart and we started our family. In 2002, I went back to school for my MA in Counseling Psychology and began my journey as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My career started with a focus on helping individuals build healthy relationships in all aspects of their lives, and I also worked with the court system to support children and families in transition due to divorce. Today, my work centers on addressing ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around relationships, both within family dynamics and professional settings. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, helping clients set meaningful goals and fostering healthy dialogue in couple, familial, and coworker relationships. My aim is to instill lifelong healthy interactions with others. I'm passionate about supporting individuals struggling with relationships in any sphere of their lives. I actively participate in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts to continually enhance my personalized approach to therapy. I firmly believe that a therapist should personally use the techniques they recommend for better communication and understanding within their own relationships.
