She has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Troy University. For the past ten years, Robin has worked in multiple settings, including employment services, career coaching and work for non-profit agencies. She has provided service coordination, case management and forensic case management and has worked with those suffering from grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, as well as those suffering with symptoms of severe and persistent mental illness. Throughout Robin’s career, she has provided individual and group counseling, career coaching, and individual counseling to all ages, including adolescents, military members and older adults. Robin has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Certified Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder specialist, career counseling, trauma counseling, grief recovery and addictions. She is also certified as a Master’s Level Addictions Professional. Robin believes that the understanding of yourself at any age is the best start towards becoming your highest best self. As a seasoned Mental Health Therapist, she embraces the idea that recovery and discovery is best facilitated in a safe and gentle environment.
