What should a new client know about working with you?

In the first few sessions you will find that I tend to be very structured while I go over certain material to get to know you better such as childhood patterns, education and relationship history etc. After the third or fourth session I'm way less structured and will normally tend to check in on your progress/goals and see if there is anything we can do to keep moving forward on any obstacles that keep occurring.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At first we will cover your background so that I have a wide angled view of who you are and how I can be helpful. Then I will go over some basic concepts that tend to help you understand yourself better. After that I will give you tools to help you deal with emotional challenges that I have seen work with many other folks I've helped throughout the years.

Rob made it easy for me to open up. I love that he's bilingual, which allows me to communicate comfortably. I've never spoken to a therapist before, but he seems like a great listener and gives me the space to work through my feelings

Rob was able to see me same day and provided very meaningful insights. I plan on continuing in his care. I highly recommend him.
I’ve noticed a significant change in myself and my perspectives since starting therapy with Mr. Arteaga. I did my research beforehand, having experienced therapy before, and I was drawn to his structured methods and ideas for therapy. I have not been disappointed. I appreciate how he encourages questions and fosters a dialogue rather than making it one-sided. He has provided insights I hadn’t recognized before and has helped me organize my thoughts and viewpoints in ways I couldn’t achieve on my own. I highly recommend him if you’re focused on personal growth; he will help you reach your goals if and when you are willing.
Rob has been very professional and always looks for any way he can help. He has a very flexible schedule with was a main concern for me, and always keeps his appointments and maintains in contact.
Rob is an expert at all things relationship. He single handedly practically helped me get my life back and is incredibly insightful, honest and practical, all while caring tremendously. He is incredibly consistent, always on time, always ready and is good at sending you reminders for your appointments. I have had a handful of therapists in my life but no one like Rob before. Couples therapy requires a specific skill set and he has it in spades. My life is totally better because he’s been there for me for the last 2 years. Yes I highly recommend him.
Highly Recommend! Rob is extremely professional and easy to talk to. He makes me feel comfortable sharing just about anything, has great insights, and continues to help me through my mental health journey. I encourage everyone to take the first step!

Mr. Arteaga is the absolute best. He listens and actually cares about the process and outcome. He has given my partner and I the best advice to help get on the right track. Definitely recommend 10/10.
I’ve been working with Rob, both on my own and with my husband, and I can’t recommend him enough. He has a way of making me feel accepted without judgment, yet still manages to challenge me in a way that encourages growth. I’ve gained so many helpful tools from our sessions, and I truly feel more equipped to handle life’s ups and downs because of him. His support has been invaluable!
I highly recommend Rob to anyone seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist. He has made a significant positive impact on my life, and I’m grateful for the guidance and support.
