My passion for helping others stems from a lifelong commitment to listening and connecting with people. I became a therapist because I've always enjoyed listening to others and connecting with them. Inspired by my mother's work as a social worker, I felt drawn to support others. I've developed extensive experience tailoring my approach to meet clients' needs and empowering them to address life stressors while identifying their strengths. I look forward to working together!
