Reaching out to start counseling shows so much courage! Sometimes all we need is neutral set of trained ears to share our story with and then receive support and feedback....and maybe even some new tools and coping skills to try. Over the past 20 years I have found using a combination of Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Family Systems techniques have helped my clients make healthy changes in themselves and their relationships. I have worked with clients from many walks of life and different needs. My areas of expertise are Adolescent & Teen Issues, Parenting, Behavior Modification, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma.
