Psychotherapist
203 E Main St, West Plains, MO
Hello, I'm Rochelle, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified therapist. My approach to therapy is holistic, as I believe in exploring and educating clients about the interconnectedness of mind, spirit, and body. A positive therapeutic relationship is essential for treatment and growth, and my focus is always on you and your needs. Together, we will work collaboratively towards healing, finding inner peace, and moving forward in a way that works best for you. I understand that each person is unique and that no two people experience things in the exact same way. Therefore, I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach to therapy; instead, I tailor my methods to meet your individual needs. I draw from several different treatment models, including person-centered, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, attachment, and dialectical behavior therapies. This eclectic blend allows me to adapt to what fits best for you. While I specialize in the treatment of trauma-related disorders, I have also helped clients overcome a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideations, paranoia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder, among others. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult and often comes after many previous attempts at resolution. I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany you on your journey towards healing and growth. Let's work together to find the path that leads to your inner peace and well-being.
