Life experiences and daily stressors can be difficult to manage and sometimes even understand. You don't have to go through this alone—I am here to help you. Life can be a beautiful place for everyone, and everyone deserves to find their own happiness. I am a person you can trust, someone willing to share knowledge and experience to help others, inspire, and support them in reaching their goals at their own pace. I provide wise counsel and guidance to the people I serve. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, which equips me with the skills and understanding to support you effectively. Talking to someone about your feelings and what you're going through is not easy, but you’ve taken this first step. I am a firm believer that one day you will be at the place you always wanted to be.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have over 10 years of experience helping children as young as 3 y/o and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I am licensed in Texas and have received training in CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, TGCT-A, PCIT and Play Therapy Techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
