I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, working in both state and private settings. I earned my PhD in General Psychology from Capella University, which has deepened my understanding and enhanced my clinical skills. My approach focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered perspective. Throughout my career, I have provided both individual and group therapy, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. I have experience working with adults and children, helping them navigate challenges such as relationship stressors, including marital and family issues. Since 2021, I have had the pleasure of being part of Lifestance Health.
