I am licensed in Massachusetts with nine years of professional experience. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from UMass Boston. I have worked with clients facing stress, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ related issues, relationship challenges, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. Coping with life changes can be difficult, especially when faced alone. I strive to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. What is your typical process for working with clients?

All potential clients will start with an initial intake session where we do the housekeeping information, authorizations, consents, and the bulk of the initial assessments. This first meeting is crucial as it will outline the span of our working relationship and provide the framework to reach what goal we collaboratively identify as the desired outcome of therapy. Please note, I am currently working through Headway, and they will handle scheduling and billing. New clients can expect to receive a welcome email within 24 hours of booking with me through Zocdoc.
