After college, I continued at the location of my internship and have been there for 24 years, working with children, families, and adults. My experience spans across various settings, including 20 years of answering calls from the community on a county 24-hour crisis hotline. Additionally, I had the privilege of teaching college classes for a year, where I guided the next generation of mental health professionals on their journey. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, military/veteran support, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, phobias, sex/intimacy issues, stress, and trauma. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or navigating a challenging life transition, I'm here to help. Outside of my professional life, I try to keep active by playing soccer, both indoor and outdoor, and riding motorcycles, both street and off-road bikes. These activities help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance to my life. One of the most uplifting moments for me is when a former client reaches out to share their successes in life.
