I believe that educational experience, when coupled with life experience, breeds empathy, without judgment. More than anything, I needed to ensure that all my pain was not in vain. With over nine years of education in psychology and counseling, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, ADHD, and Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Specialist. My approach to therapy is rooted in building a strong rapport with you. I will listen actively and help you draw connections and discern patterns in your life. Together, we will work through your trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addictions, and other life stressors and issues. My goal is to help you find your way back to the happiness and joy you deserve.
