As a bilingual therapist with over 15 years of experience, I believe that formulating a close working relationship with you is the most important aspect of treatment. I provide a safe space for you to be your true and authentic self without judgment. This offers you the opportunity to work towards being your best self to minimize or eliminate any current distress you are experiencing. I have experience providing treatment to a variety of populations and mental health issues. I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, substance abuse issues, life adjustments, and relational problems. My approach is to help you gain insight and awareness by being a supportive clinician and utilizing empathetic listening and a person-centered foundation. In addition, I will provide specific skills to reduce your current distress to help you meet your goals. I look forward to being part of your recovery process.
