Growing up in a dynamic family environment, she witnessed the roots of meaningful relationships firsthand, fueling her dedication to helping high-profile professionals cultivate balanced lives filled with purpose, passion, and fulfillment. With this foundation, Roma left her hometown of Vallejo, CA, to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and later completed her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine.

You will get the support that you need! My staff is ready to work with you and help you go deep in working towards your desired outcome. You dont have to do it alone anymore. We work with you to help you reach your goals by allowing for you to process your thoughts and, feelings, and by applying real world, tangible skill thats you can learn to integrate into your life. We get to know you, your thought process, your culture, your experiences, all the things that make you who you are!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with a initial session: less interview, more get to know you. After that we continue to help you flush out your story, and the things that are challenging you, and keeping you stuck. We bring our full selves into the therapy space, so you can feel free to be you as well.
