I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who uses a humanistic lens to guide clients toward deeper self‑reflection, emotional clarity, and lasting personal growth. My approach centers on genuine therapeutic connection and evidence‑based strategies tailored towards a client’s individual needs. I have over ten years of clinical experience ranging from acute physical rehabilitation to compassionate outpatient care. I house an eclectic theoretical orientation that is geared towards helping clients find what is most valuable and meaningful in their own lives. Whether you are experiencing issues with anxiety, addiction, depression, spirituality, relationships, or grief, I am here to hold space for you. I am a USF Graduate, A veteran of the U.S Navy and a Brazilian Jiu jitsu Black Belt and I live locally in here Lutz, Florida. Outside of practicing therapy I enjoy spending time at my local Jiu jitsu club, playing Nintendo classics and hanging out with my girlfriend and our chows.
