Getting to know Rona Lambert

I am a LPC with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I work with adults on a wide range of issues including grief, trauma, relationships, anxiety, and depression to help overcome and find a new normal. I use a Client Centered that is friendly, encouraging, and supportive, adjusting therapy to the individual needs of a client based on what they are dealing with at the time. This is done through active listening, empathy, and compassion. Life experiences, both good and bad, are the reason that I became a counselor to provide help where needed and make a difference in the lives of others. My hobbies include reading, writing, spending time with family, and traveling.
