Getting to know Ronald Gluff

It takes an act of courage to go to counseling. I strive to provide a place where clients can work through their concerns without being judged. I see individuals and work with them on anxiety, shame, guilt, feeling powerless, impulse control, anger, depression, addiction, life transitions, and career or school difficulties. I work with couples to promote healthy communication, safety, vulnerability, and intimacy. I also work with children to develop behavioral and emotional coping skills to succeed at home and school, and with families to resolve conflict. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. With 25 years of experience, I am currently accepting new clients.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is client centered. I am small business owner and look to accommodate each client's specific needs. I have earned being of the 3 best marriage counselors in Chandler. I have earned National Golden Key Honor while attending college in Chicago.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I specialize working with trauma, addictions and relationships. I am certified in EMDR therapy. I have an expertise in addiction and work to heal addictions associated with technology and substance abuse. I am an expert in attachment theory. I am contracted with first responder networks, ASU, grade and high schools and several medical facilities.
