As appropriate to client concerns I utilize components from the following therapeutic models: Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical (DBT), Emotionally Focused, Family / Marital, Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT), Person-Centered, and Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT). My ultimate goal is to help individuals, couples, and families realize their true potential and experience more satisfied lives worth celebrating.
