I am casual and conversational in style, and default to open ended and client led sessions. You lead, I follow. I am a queer and neurodivergent Puerto Rican woman and that impacts the work that I do deeply. I appreciate working with the LGBTQ+ community, with identity and self discovery, with neurodiverse folks, and trauma processing. I appreciate humor just as much as the gravity of issues that get brought up in session. Existentialism and client centered approaches make up my foundation, and I love forging long lasting therapeutic relationships rooted in core values and some healthy challenges. I also have a biology background that informs my practice, as neurobiology and the impacts of trauma are big parts of what makes us tick.
