Hello, I am so glad you are here! Life can be overwhelming at any stage and challenges we face can make this even more difficult. It can be hard to know where to start to make changes or where to turn to for help. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LCAC) based in Indiana. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and Master's from Indiana University and have been practicing for more than twenty years. I provide that listening ear that so many of us need. It is my goal to help those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or other mood disorders increase their understanding of these emotions as well as how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected in order to empower you to live your best life.
