If you've just landed on my page, I invite you to pause and take a deep breath. In this moment, drop into your body and notice where you’re holding tension or tightness. This work can be hard, but you've already taken the first step on your healing journey. You are prioritizing self-care and beginning to put your needs first. I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, loss, life transitions, infertility struggles, and feelings of disconnection. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about your path forward, I provide a supportive space to help you process your emotions, regain clarity, and rediscover a sense of peace. Grief shows up in many ways—whether from losing a loved one, a shift in identity, infertility, or unexpected life transitions. I have come to understand grief as a daily practice of riding its waves. Over time, I have found clarity and healing in this process, and I bring this understanding into my work with clients. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College, I help individuals process loss, explore unresolved emotions, and move toward healing in a way that honors their unique experience. Together, we’ll create a space where transformation can unfold at your own pace. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out. Let’s take the next step together.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
