Hi there, I'm Ronique Randall! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong passion for helping individuals fulfill their fullest potential. I believe my clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to guide and empower them by fostering an environment where we work together to achieve their goals. I treat my clients with dignity, respect, and compassion. I understand that the decision to begin therapy takes courage, and for this reason, I am truly honored to serve each of my clients, which is reflected in every interaction I have with them. I earned my Master?s in Counseling from Walden University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. My approach is strength-based and client-centered because no one modality fits all. I believe therapy is only effective when there is a foundation of trust and a meaningful connection. With that said, I utilize Family Systems approaches, Solution-Focused Therapy practices, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. I work with adolescents and adults facing various issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, self-esteem, and relationship and family challenges. My therapy sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of each group, ensuring that therapy is age-appropriate and effective. I create a relaxed, safe, and supportive environment by being non-judgmental, empathetic, accepting, and interactive. I understand the importance of rapport building, so I don?t rush it. I realize I have to earn the right to hear my clients? stories. Through rapport building, I utilize active listening and patience to ensure my clients feel heard, respected, and valued. This is my second career. Although I?m grateful for my first career, I knew I was not fulfilling my purpose. I have always had a strong passion for helping people and a commitment to serving the people of New Orleans?and ultimately, the state of Louisiana.
