Hi, I’m Rosa Delmy Alvayero I am an Independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of of experience providing psychotherapy in Maryland, and I am committed to helping adults, youth and children learn how to manage life challenges and to discover healthier ways to express emotions, to cope with stress, anxiety, and to heal from life traumas. I specialize in challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about creating safe spaces where Latino Families can feel comfortable to work on improving communication, connection, and to increase emotional well-being.
