I treat anxiety, adjustment disorder, ADHD, depression, trauma, and substance use disorder. My communication style Sessions are relaxed and conversational. Clients can express themselves in a non-judgmental environment. My style is supportive, encouraging, and empathetic. My journey to mental healthcare Becoming a therapist has been worth every minute.
